Residential: 2 years (1 year fixed, 2 months notice period)

Our Leasing Team will contact you 14 - 21 days before your lease expires and check if further extension is required or not. The extension of stay shall of a minimum of seven days and for any licence period with less than 1 month, license fee will be calculated on pro rata basis. Licensee shall settle the payment before the commencement of the Extension of Stay. For the avoidance of doubt, Hanlun Habitats has the absolute right to accept or reject such extension application and to adjust the license fee for any Extension of Stay.
